So far waiting on some financing stuff. I have to get a hold of the realtor again for some paperwork they want me to fill out, and need to decide what I want to get for my hosue and pay for the condo. I know someone else is offering a super lowball bid of 55K for the NICEST one bedroom (hardwood floors, island in the kitchen, biggest porch that is also covered). ridiculous.
